The Finance Manager will lead Pullus Africa’s financial functions, The Finance
Manager will oversee the financial operations of Pullus Africa, focusing on
budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring strong financial controls. This role
will collaborate with leadership to drive financial strategies that enhance
operational efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring
experience in financial management within a growing organization, preferably
in the agribusiness, social enterprise or supply chain sector.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations: Manage daily financial activities, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll processing, and transaction accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor spending, and recommend cost-saving measures based on variance analysis.
- Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, financial policies, and internal control systems to safeguard company
- assets.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with leadership to align financial strategies with business goals and provide insights for decision-making.
- Auditing & External Coordination: Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks to ensure timely audits and resolution of queries.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with ICAN, ACCA certification preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of financial management experience in agribusiness, Supply Chain, FMCG, or a similar sector, with expertise in budgeting and reporting.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Resides in Kaduna.
