Pullus Africa is committed to promoting a culture of transparency, integrity and accountability. You are encouraged to report any misconduct, wrongdoing, or unethical behaviour without fear of retaliation. All reports will be treated seriously and handled with confidentiality

Purpose of the Policy

This policy aims to: 

  • Provide clear channels for reporting concerns
  • Protect people who report issues in good faith
  • Ensure that allegations of misconduct are investigated promptly and fairly
  • Support the Company’s commitment to ethical conduct and compliance.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, interns, temporary staff, and any individual performing work for/with or on behalf ofthe Company.

What should be reported?

This policy aims to: 

  • Fraud or financial misconduct
  • Bribery, corruption, or unethical practices
  • Breach of Company policies or procedures
  • Theft or misuse of Company property
  • Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of power
  • Health and safety violations.

What should be reported?

You may report concerns through any of the following channels:
  • Immediate supervisor or manager
  • The Human Resources Department
  • The Internal Audit / Compliance Unit
  • A designated Whistleblowing Hotline or Email (whistleblowing@pullusafrica.com)
